The Josef Webber Personal Hybrid Builder Program -
I'm currently on a bulk, when bulking I like to ensure as much of the mass I gain as possible is muscle and to do that, I make my program slightly more hypertrophy bias...So this is a modified version of my hybrid builder programs that I'm currently following to progress in all components of fitness but is bias towards hypertrophy

- My daily stretching routine to run alongside the training
