The Josef Webber Personal Hybrid Builder Program -

I'm currently on a bulk, when bulking I like to ensure as much of the mass I gain as possible is muscle and to do that, I make my program slightly more hypertrophy bias...So this is a modified version of my hybrid builder programs that I'm currently following to progress in all components of fitness but is bias towards hypertrophy

 

It contains:

  1. A detailed 2 week split with over 14 unique workouts
  2. Alternatives to every exercise 
  3. Example warm ups
  4. Terminology & exercise explanations & demonstrations 
  5. My daily stretching routine to run alongside the training
  6. A simple but effective progressive overload system
  7. Tips and advice on all of the following:

How to perform exercises in a more athletic way

How to judge RPE

How to rearrange, shorten, progress, cater towards a new goal etc the split/program

How to condense all the information to use day to day at the gym

Extra in-gym and out of gym tips to maximise the effectiveness of the program
