If you’re looking for someone who is happy and excited to help in any sporting or lifestyle changes, Josef is great for that. Working with Josef i lost 10kg, while still gaining strength and preforming my best physically on the field! He understands the balance it takes to stay consistent during eating and training.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the job!
Josef is very easy and patient to work with, allowing me to independently go off and do my sessions whilst working in the back ground. He is always there to fall back on if I need help and this paired with weekly sessions creates a really supportive environment. Josef has now made two programs for me one with more of an in season focus and one with an off season focus. Using both of these I have seen improvements in my size and strength and fitness whilst on the pitch and off it despite battling illness, injury and a long old concussion hiatus through out my time spent with Josef.
Whether you're new to the gym and training in this way or just require someone to figure out sessions for you, give you some tips and keep you accountable, Josef is the man for you!
Josef is very easy to communicate with.
He will give great advice to any question that you have and also puts lots of thought a personalised program catered towards your needs, which includes dieting, training splits, and excercises. There are also lots of useful files he provides if you are unsure of any terminology that gym goers might use.
He has experience in the gym and with a sport so is especially useful if you need to find a balance between the two.
Overall, I have found my month with Josef very productive, with lots of strength and speed gains, and also a fix in dieting.

Excellent coach, with a clear ambition to wanting to help people with to achieve their individual fitness goals. Very knowledgeable within fitness and is quick to get things done whether you want a change to the programme or if you have any questions etc he quickly responds and is very helpful. Josef helped me make sure I use the correct techniques on the compound movements which helped me improve the numbers I was hitting on them by a large amount. Top man 👍🏻

FAQ
What's the difference between the 2?
In short, the accelerator is way more personalised. In Midas Touch Academy the 1-1 s&c coaching we will talk just once per week via text or voice notes
In the accelerator we'll be talking up to every day and jumping on calls once per week. This allows me to get to know you, your struggles etc on a deeper level
Can I up/downgrade later?
Yes you absolutely can
Do I need access to a gym?
It certainly helps but is not required
How do check ins work?
In the accelerator we will check in via a scheduled call to catch up on everything, make adjustments etc
In the standard coaching a check in box to fill will be automatically sent, you update with the needed info and we will message to arrange any potential changes after and based on that
What sport is this best for?
As I play rugby I will be able to relate most to rugby players, however...
