MEAL PLAN
I will quite simply, based on a rough weekly budget, the exact bloody shop you go to, and what foods you do and don't like create 2-3 example days of eating to follow exactly or work off of as a guide for how you should be eating

FITNESS APP
As soon as you sign up I will add you to the 3rd party fitness app I use with all my clients. This is a very tidy place where workouts are stored, progress is tracked, check ins are done etc as opposed to writing down every single set you do in your iphone notes app

MESSAGING + CHECK INS
You will have access to send me any questions and queries you have in raegards to anything training, diet, recovery etc related as well as check ins coming from me if I've not heard from yourself about how everything is going. This ensures progress stays consistent!

FITNESS TESTING / PROGRESS TRACKING
We will track our progress in multiple ways. In the short term via progressive overload, weigh ins and physique updates done often and then once per quarter some extra fitness testing. From 1 rep maxes to 100m sprints, every component of fitness we want to improve is tracked.

Josef is very easy and patient to work with, allowing me to independently go off and do my sessions whilst working in the back ground. He is always there to fall back on if I need help and this paired with weekly sessions creates a really supportive environment. Josef has now made two programs for me one with more of an in season focus and one with an off season focus. Using both of these I have seen improvements in my size and strength and fitness whilst on the pitch and off it despite battling illness, injury and a long old concussion hiatus through out my time spent with Josef.

Josef is very easy to communicate with.
He will give great advice to any question that you have and also puts lots of thought a personalised program catered towards your needs, which includes dieting, training splits, and excercises. There are also lots of useful files he provides if you are unsure of any terminology that gym goers might use.
He has experience in the gym and with a sport so is especially useful if you need to find a balance between the two.
Overall, I have found my month with Josef very productive, with lots of strength and speed gains, and also a fix in dieting.

Excellent coach, with a clear ambition to wanting to help people with to achieve their individual fitness goals. Very knowledgeable within fitness and is quick to get things done whether you want a change to the programme or if you have any questions etc he quickly responds and is very helpful. Josef helped me make sure I use the correct techniques on the compound movements which helped me improve the numbers I was hitting on them by a large amount. Top man 👍🏻
