  • PERSONALISED PROGRAM

    Based on your exact goals, schedule, preferences and everything else in between I will create from SCRATCH (not some template bs) your own training program down to every single rep

  • MACRO PLAN

    Meal plans suck, I'm not a fan

    So instead I will calculate the exact macros you need to hit per day to achieve your goals and you can hit those targets however you please. If you need some inspiration for meals, are sturggling to stick to them etc then that's why you have access to message me always!

  • FITNESS APP

    As soon as you sign up I will add you to my fitness app. This is a very tidy place where workouts are stored, progress is tracked etc as opposed to writing down every single set you do in your iphone notes app

  • MESSAGING + CHECK INS

    You will have access to send me any questions and queries you have in regards to anything training, diet, recovery etc at any time, any day of the week and I'll reply ASAP

    Once a week we will also have a deeper dive in on progress, micro-adjust the program and nutrition plan (ie the calories we are on) etc.

  • PROGRESS TRACKING

    We will track our progress in multiple ways. Firstly by taking weigh ins, physique updates and logging our workouts in the fitness app. This si why we use the app as all of that can be done in minutes

    Then quarterly testing...

    When you first come in and then every 3 months from then on we do some extra fitness tests to track metrics a little more challenging. Ie stamina, speed, endurance etc

  • MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

    At the end of the day, if you join and are not happy, don't feel like this will help you achieve your goals etc then I have failed at my job and don't deserve your money so I will send it back. This has never happened and I don't intend it to but I'm that confident you'll love this that I have this available.
