There's options for every sporting schedule (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, Wednesday/Sunday & Monday/Wednesday/Friday) and the program will therefore be crafted around this schedule so you are recovered and primed for your game days.

Once more this is the absolute most optimal way for people who want to do more than just gain muscle...to gain muscle at the best rate possible, while getting fitter, faster, more athletic etc based on new and updated research, however...

It differs from my other Hybrid Builder programs as it may require a little more gym experience to get the best results as it is based around full body 3x per week training where you need a very good understanding of what muscular failure is in order to progress most optimally.
