What is this program?
In short, it is the most optimal way to train for hypertrophy, athletic performance, strength, speed, power and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously while either being in the off-season of your sport or not being a sports-player at all so you have nothing in your schedule to cater the program around (i.e if you played matches on a saturday the program would have to make sure you'll be recovered and primed to perform)
It contains:

- Alternatives to every exercise
- Example warm ups
- Terminology & exercise explanations & demonstrations
- My daily stretching routine to run alongside the training
- A simple but effective progressive overload system
- Tips and advice on all of the following:
