What is this program?

In short, it is the absolute most optimal way for people who want to do more than just gain muscle...to gain muscle at the best rate possible, while getting fitter, faster, more athletic etc based on new and updated research

It differs from my other Hybrid Builder programs as it may require a little more gym experience to get the best results as it is based around full body 3x per week training where you need a very good understanding of what muscular failure is in order to progress most optimally.

It contains:

  2. Alternatives to every exercise 
  3. Example warm ups
  4. Terminology & exercise explanations & demonstrations 
  5. My full stretching routine (video) to use alongside the program
  6. A simple but effective progressive overload system so this program lasts you FOREVER, not just 6,8 or 12 weeks
  7. Plus tips and advice on all of the following:

How to perform exercises in a more athletic way

How to judge RPE

How to rearrange, shorten, progress, cater towards a new goal etc the split/program

How to condense all the information to use day to day at the gym

Extra in-gym and out of gym tips to maximise the effectiveness of the program
