Quite simply, this is a 7 day trial of my regular monthly coaching...
In this you'll get taken through the entire set up process a usual client would in their first week. We will learn about your goals and struggles, get you onto my external fitness app, sort out your diet and then create a custom training program from scratch
After this you get the choice to continue into my regular monthly coaching (at a discount as you've already gone through the set up phase) or... not
It's a very low barrier to entry way to experience what the coaching will be like but at a fraction of the cost

Quite simply, it is 1-1 coaching for people to get more from the gym in less time. Whether it be you're like me who plays a sport so has 3 days of the week already taken up by that, you work a busy 9-5, are a parent etc. We work together to get you more results from the gym while putting less time into it.
